831 INK is not your typical tattoo studio!!! 831 INK is Monterey's newest Tattoo and interactive art collective studio. 831 INK primarily functions as a tattoo studio. On  certain nights the studio will transform to gallery or fun interactive art events. Events will be posted on this site as well as our social media sites.
